I read an article in the August 2014s Good Housekeeping about the 100 day challenge. The principle is that you can change your life by doing (or not doing) a certain activity. The author of this article Viv Groskop dreamed of being a stand up comic so she challenged herself to do 100 stand up shows over 100 days. She did it, wrote about it and yes it changed her life. So now we are entering a new year with new opportunities my challenge after reading this inspiring article is to abstain from sugar and sweets. Not such a massive challenge however it doesn´t matter for this task By saying no to sweeties I will hopefully be healthier, wealthier and happier. Keep you posted !
