There are many tips that I have picked up over the years and this is one that I have of late taken on board. Sunday afternoons are now spent making lunches for my husband and me. One packet of mince, two or three chicken fillets and I can make lunches for us with whatever is in the fridge for a week, though I do try to plan a little… This week it was a curry and chicken stir fry. In this way we save 100 kronor per person per day in round figures. If we keep this up we will by saving 4000 kronor a month on restaurant lunches – not at all bad!
